Program Analyst

Drive interactions between information security teams as well as team members from information technology, legal, and various business groups to support information security initiatives. Gather data and perform analysis in support of presentations and reporting. Assist in creating presentation materials related to ongoing security programs. Act as a liaison between the Global Information Security Department and information technology groups to define and document current and future security program initiatives, and work with stakeholders on process improvements. Regularly coordinate with stakeholders to determine program status, timelines, and risks. Initiate and facilitate communications between stakeholders, act as a primary point of contact for defined groups. Capture relevant action items and notes of meetings coordinated and attended. Ensure that stakeholders agree with all issues raised and tasks assigned during discussion.
