
Marketing Specialist
The Sr. Specialist will partner with all of marketing, marketing operations and analytics teams and act as the single point of contact for all content updates. They will also support our test/learn/optimization strategies using insights and actions. Support the creation and implementation of new omni-channel personalized journeys for Sony Rewards members based on company objectives and business goals. Partner across all of marketing (digital, card, partnership), creative teams (agency and internal), marketing operations and analytics teams and act as the single point of contact for all content updates. Create standards and templates to use as a reference for all journeys as personalized journeys and testing scale. Support test and learn strategy. Regularly review campaign performance data for optimization opportunities, and proactively seek out new and improved data, ensuring campaigns stay aligned with organization objectives.
3-5 years of experience in retention and/or lifecycle marketing: email, loyalty, or digital marketing.
Emphasis on personalization is a plus.
Ability to wear multiple hats - tactical planning, strategic execution, cross-functional relationship management and analytical skills.
