Lead a team to advance the state-of-the-art in the wireless technology, including generating patents. Engage with standard bodies and make technical contributions. Identify research directions and new research areas. Collaborate with teams in global locations to reach optimal outcome.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience on wireless LAN (IEEE802.11) MAC/PHY layers protocol design and/or analysis is highly preferred.

  • Excellent wireless communication background including all system or link level aspects.

  • Experience on standard development (WLAN (802.11be/11ax/11ac,..), 3GPP (RAN1/RAN2), etc.) is highly preferred

  • Experience on cross-layer system design is a plus.

  • At least 10+ years of related work or research experience
