
Manager, IT Client Relationship Manager
Coordinate with Sony’s Global IS team (GISC) to understand global and cross-company IT objectives, define and support SCA-specific implementation plans and explore cross company synergies. Coordinate with information security, privacy and other internal risk and compliance functions to ensure that requirements and controls are well understood and incorporated into initiatives. Develop and sustain Executive summaries, including project status, milestones, issues, and risks. Assist with documentation of project objectives and requirements, as well as the documentation of processes, system diagrams and data flows. Maintain an awareness of corporate IT standards, technology trends, and evolving regulatory requirements, and how they apply to business processes and the overall IT portfolio.
ITIL/ITSM certification
Prior experience supporting IT needs for CxO office and HR function is a plus
Experience / supporting IT functions in a HQ function is a plus
Deep experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud platform services and products
Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange principles
Minimum of 10 years of related IT experience with a demonstrated track record of success
