
Manager, End User Desktop Support
Establish, monitor and improve end-user support procedures and service levels Provide exceptional customer service by resolving and debugging Executive stakeholders’ problems. Work with End User Productivity team to test imaging deployment on new PC models/OS upgrade. Work with IT Security to test their new security models and rollout procedures. Provide technical assistance and resolution to software and hardware issues as necessary. Ensure that Internet security software is updated and running properly. Identify opportunities to improve & enhance speed of service and provide ideas for resolution. Maintain computer equipment (SharePoint Inventory) and software to ensure secure and efficient operations. Test and implement new software programs, O365, Azure setups and support. Troubleshoot, install and configure of desktops, laptops and mobile devices to support WFH environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
Minimum of 8 years of experience with basic technical support experience
Strong background in end user IT support and asset management experience
Experience working directly with senior executive leadership teams
Knowledge with LAN Networking, PC Repair, Internet Tools, windows, and iOS
Knowledge of wireless networking components and terminology.
