Develop and execute a fully integrated content development strategy to increase the volume of music content (audio and video, frontline and catalog) being acquired and released commercially in 360RA. Collaborate closely with SME’s Global Media Production team, labels, and associated recording studios on implementing and executing best practices to secure content approvals from label and artist teams (including prior QC assessment for mixed content). As needed, proactively problem solve for challenges that content development partners may be facing. Have an understanding and provide input on the development of marketing/promotional capabilities amplifying content released in 360RA (and communication of such capabilities to further content growth activities). Develop and implement protocols and best practices for 360RA content approval, education and other content growth activities. Help drive the creation, editing and review of presentations, decks, and other documents supporting content growth activities for internal and external use.
