Licensing Assistant
The position focuses on the administrative functions of licensing for our business. Royalty Management support of tasks from the calculation of royalties to the payment confirmation. Calculation of Royalties for each licensee. Create Royalty reports for each product. Issue and the settlement of invoice due to progress Royalty reports from each licensees. Participate at business conventions including application and coordination of booth set up. Coordinate all shipping arrangements.
A minimum of 3 years or relevant sales or marketing experience
Some office experience is required
Knowledge of Anime industry preferred
