  1. Develop and implement global customer relationship management strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and drive customer engagement and retention.
  2. Oversee the development of digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance product strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of CRM and digital marketing strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of CRM and digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
  7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and platforms to continuously improve and evolve the company's CRM and digital marketing capabilities.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM and digital marketing, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive collaboration and support for global product initiatives.
  10. Communicate updates and progress to senior management and provide strategic recommendations for future growth and success.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Market Trends And Consumer Behavior: A Global Product Manager For Crm And Digital Marketing At Sony Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Global Market Trends And The Ever-Evolving Landscape Of Consumer Behavior. This Includes Knowledge Of Emerging Markets, Cultural Differences, And Digital Marketing Strategies That Resonate With Diverse Audiences.

  • Proven Track Record In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Or Consumer Electronics Industry. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Digital Marketing Campaigns, Leveraging Data Analytics For Targeted Marketing, And Managing Crm Strategies To Enhance Customer Engagement And Retention.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership Skills: The Role Of A Global Product Manager At Sony Requires Strong Cross-Functional Leadership Skills. The Candidate Must Be Able To Collaborate With Various Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, Research And Development, And Supply Chain, To Drive Product Success.
