  1. Provide technical support to employees: The primary responsibility of the Desktop Support IT Intern is to provide technical support to employees in a timely and efficient manner. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring devices, and resolving technical problems.
  2. Assist with hardware and software installations: The Desktop Support IT Intern will assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software for employees. This may include setting up new computers, printers, and other devices, as well as installing and updating software.
  3. Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues: The intern will be responsible for troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, such as internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN problems. This may involve working with other departments or third-party vendors to resolve issues.
  4. Maintain and update technical documentation: The intern will be responsible for documenting all technical support activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions, and user guides. They will also assist in updating technical documentation as needed.
