Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Support Associate to join our team at Soma Intimates. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.The Support Associate will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat. They will also be responsible for providing general administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our customer service department.Qualified applicants should have prior customer service or administrative experience, a strong work ethic, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce is a plus.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and can help us create a positive and memorable experience for each and every customer. Responsibilities:

  1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  2. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  3. Provide general administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service department.
  4. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and suggest ways to improve customer service.
  6. Monitor customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Keep up to date on product information and communicate updates to customers.
  8. Utilize e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
  9. Maintain customer records in a secure and organized manner.
  10. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
