As a Support Associate, you’ll be the face of Soma Intimates as you provide exceptional customer service to our customers and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs in a courteous and friendly manner • Keep accurate records of customer transactions and interactions • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers • Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns • Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction • Accept payments from customers and process refunds • Develop and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
