Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Support Associate to join our team at Soma Intimates. Our ideal candidate is a customer service expert with a passion for helping people. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquires in a timely manner.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all Soma Intimates customers.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize problem solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues.
  4. Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
  5. Assist with ordering and product inquiries.
  6. Provide product knowledge to customers.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to customer service process.
  9. Remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures.
