Support Associate

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Support Associate to join the team at Soma Intimates! As a Support Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email. You’ll be the go-to person for product inquiries, and you’ll be a friendly, helpful presence in our customer service department.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with exceptional problem-solving skills. You should have a knack for providing outstanding customer service, and you should be comfortable learning and using our customer service software. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email.
2. Provide product information to customers, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot customer issues.
3. Utilize customer service software to process orders, issue refunds, and track customer complaints.
4. Monitor customer feedback and provide timely resolutions to customer issues.
5. Remain up-to-date on all product information and changes.
6. Organize customer information in the customer service database.
7. Maintain a professional demeanor and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures in regards to customer service.
9. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
