Sales Lead

At Soma Intimates, we’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Lead to join our team and help drive sales and customer service excellence. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve sales goals.
2. Develop and manage customer relationships to ensure exceptional customer service.
3. Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
4. Monitor sales performance and generate reports.
5. Develop promotional strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
6. Train and coach sales team members on customer service and sales techniques.
7. Utilize customer feedback and analytics to improve sales and customer service.
8. Manage store operations, including inventory, store displays, and pricing.
9. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
10. Handle customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
