Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. As a Sales Lead, you will play a vital role in leading and motivating our sales team to meet and exceed goals, while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers.   1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  2. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Train and develop new sales associates on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  5. Monitor and track sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  6. Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  7. Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
  8. Maintain a strong knowledge of all products and promotions to effectively sell to customers.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
  11. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and provide a positive customer experience.
  12. Act as a role model for the sales team by exhibiting excellent customer service and sales techniques.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
  14. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety measures.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Fashion And Retail Trends: Soma Intimates Specializes In Lingerie And Loungewear, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fashion And Retail Trends. This Will Help Them Assist Customers In Finding The Perfect Fit And Style, As Well As Make Informed Recommendations On New Products.

  • Customer Service Oriented: Soma Intimates Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service. The Sales Lead Should Have A Customer-Centric Attitude, Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Customers, And Ensure Their Needs Are Met.
