- Drive Sales: The primary responsibility of a Sales Lead at Soma Intimates is to drive sales by utilizing effective sales techniques, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Lead and Motivate Team: As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to reach their full potential. This includes training, coaching, and providing feedback to team members to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
