Responsibilities: • Create an exceptional customer experience through direct customer interaction and strong product knowledge • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store goals • Monitor and analyze sales performance and take appropriate action to ensure goals are met • Maintain store conditions and visual displays to ensure a neat and attractive environment • Assist in training and developing sales associates • Ensure customer satisfaction through resolving customer complaints and inquires • Execute online and in-store marketing initiatives • Manage and control inventory levels to ensure efficient stock replenishment
