Job Description

Soma Intimates is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Lead to join our team in our retail store. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect lingerie. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ambition who brings energy and enthusiasm to work every day.The Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales, customer service, and maximizing the overall customer experience. As the Sales Lead, you will be a role model for the staff and ensure that all team members adhere to Soma Intimates policies, practices, and procedures. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in retail sales, exceptional customer service skills, and strong leadership skills. They should also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently as well as with a team. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction and sales goals are met.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to customers, including product knowledge and styling advice.
  3. Monitor sales staff performance and provide feedback and coaching when needed.
  4. Maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products.
  5. Ensure store is kept clean and tidy and stocked with the necessary products.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed.
  7. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  9. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Act as a role model for the team, leading by example.
