Sales Associate

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Soma Intimates. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about selling lingerie and helping customers find the perfect fit for any occasion. If you have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we definitely want to hear from you! The successful candidate should have at least two years of retail sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. We are looking for someone who is computer literate, has a basic understanding of POS systems, and has a strong attention to detail. We also require someone who is able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Finally, we need someone who is organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner. • Assist customers in selecting the perfect lingerie for any occasion. • Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits. • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized store. • Assist in creating visually appealing displays to drive sales. • Stay current on product knowledge and trends. • Follow all store policies and procedures. • Utilize POS systems to process customer transactions. • Maintain accurate inventory records. • Lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed. • Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
