Sales Associate

At Soma Intimates, we’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and help us provide excellent customer service in our stores. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers while also providing a supportive, team-oriented environment within our stores. We’re looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers in the store

-Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude towards customers -Ensure accuracy of sales transactions -Maintain a clean and organized store environment -Provide product knowledge and advice to customers -Promote store events and initiatives -Help with inventory management and stocking -Assist with visual merchandising -Follow all store policies and procedures -Work with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment
