Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Soma Intimates. The successful candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of the brand and be able to bring enthusiasm and energy to the sales floor. Qualifications• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a fashion retail setting• Proven track record of achieving sales goals• Knowledge of the lingerie industry and ability to identify customer needs• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work as part of a team• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills • Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Assist customers in finding the appropriate product to fit their needs.
3. Answer customer inquiries and provide product knowledge.
4. Keep up to date with product knowledge and current promotions.
5. Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves and displays.
6. Use POS system to process sales and returns.
7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
8. Ensure store is properly merchandised and stocked.
9. Assist in daily store operations, such as opening and closing procedures.
10. Achieve and exceed sales goals.
