Sales Associate

Soma Intimates is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for sales and customer service, as well as an eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a minimum of one year of retail sales experience. Knowledge of Soma Intimates products and customer service experience is a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers with product selection and in-store promotions.
3. Process customer transactions and returns accurately.
4. Perform cashier responsibilities, including balancing the register and accurately handling cash and credit card transactions.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
6. Participate in store merchandising activities.
7. Maintain product knowledge and stay informed of current and upcoming promotions.
8. Work collaboratively with other Sales Associates and store management to provide a positive customer experience.
9. Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
