1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and purchases.
3. Act as a brand ambassador and promote Soma's mission and values.
4. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including handling cash and completing daily sales reports.
5. Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked by replenishing merchandise and organizing displays.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom.
7. Act as a keyholder and assist with store operations, such as scheduling, inventory management, and resolving customer issues.
8. Train and mentor new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by communicating effectively with team members and promoting teamwork.
10. Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make product recommendations.
11. Follow loss prevention and security procedures to protect company assets and prevent theft.
12. Assist with special events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
15. Collaborate with the store manager and other key holders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
