• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Soma Intimates brand, products, and promotions to effectively educate and influence customers
• Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service standards
• Open and close the store, including handling cash and credit transactions, balancing the register, and ensuring the security of the store
