
Assistant Store Manager
We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Soma Intimates! As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping lead and manage the store to ensure it meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have at least three years of retail and/or customer service experience, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Previous managerial experience is preferred but not required. If you are a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure store runs smoothly.
- Provide excellent customer service and develop strong customer relationships.
- Lead and motivate store staff to ensure sales goals are met.
- Process customer transactions, manage stock levels, and ensure store compliance with company policies.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust stock levels to ensure store meets customer demand.
- Train and develop store staff on customer service, sales, and product knowledge.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper product displays.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor inventory and ensure store is adequately stocked.
