1. Collaborate with the design team to develop new product concepts and ideas.
2. Assist in the creation and execution of design sketches and technical drawings.

4. Work closely with production team to ensure designs are feasible and can be produced within budget.
5. Help source materials and trims for new products.
6. Maintain organized and accurate product development records.
7. Communicate with manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate production of samples.
8. Attend fittings and provide feedback on fit and design.
9. Assist with creating and updating tech packs for production.
10. Support the team in creating and maintaining design calendars and deadlines.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent design direction.
12. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and processes.
13. Attend trade shows and industry events to gain inspiration and knowledge.
14. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
