  1. Collaborate with the design team to bring our creative vision to life.
  2. Assist in creating original and innovative designs that align with our brand aesthetic and target market.
  3. Research and stay up-to-date on current fashion trends to inform design decisions.
  4. Organize and maintain design files and materials, ensuring all artwork and assets are easily accessible.
  5. Prepare design sketches and presentations for team meetings and client presentations.
  6. Help with the development of technical specifications and production-ready artwork.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as merchandising and production to ensure designs are executed accurately and on time.
  8. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to current design processes and workflows.
  9. Assist with sample management and tracking.
  10. Ensure all designs meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  11. Attend photoshoots and assist with styling and organizing garments and accessories.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets for promotions and campaigns.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the brand.
  14. Continuously develop and improve skills through trainings and workshops.
