1. Assist in the design and creation of lingerie and loungewear pieces that align with the company's vision and brand aesthetic.
2. Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop new and innovative ideas for product designs.
3. Use your creative eye and attention to detail to ensure all designs meet quality standards and are in line with the company's style.
4. Research current fashion trends and consumer preferences to help inform design decisions.
5. Assist in the creation of technical sketches and specifications for each product.
6. Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of designs.
7. Help maintain organization and upkeep of design materials, including fabrics, trims, and samples.
8. Participate in fittings and provide feedback on design adjustments as needed.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and bring new ideas and techniques to the team.
