1. Collaborate with the Art Director to develop and execute visual concepts for various projects, including digital designs and in-store displays.
2. Utilize artistic skills and knowledge of visual aesthetics to create visually appealing and on-brand designs.
3. Assist in the production of marketing materials such as social media graphics, website graphics, and print materials.
4. Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
5. Research current industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
6. Take direction from the Art Director and provide creative input to enhance projects.
7. Help maintain and organize digital assets, including logos, images, and graphics.
8. Assist in photo shoots and video shoots, including setting up props and backgrounds.
9. Ensure all designs and graphics are high-quality and delivered on time.
10. Stay up-to-date with current design software and techniques to continuously improve design skills.
11. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall visual aesthetic of the brand.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
13. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Art Director to support the overall success of the brand.
