1. Collaborate with senior artists to develop and execute creative concepts and designs for Soma Intimates brand.
2. Assist in the creation of visually appealing and on-brand designs for various products, including intimate apparel, packaging, marketing materials, and more.
3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor designs to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
4. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure designs align with the overall brand strategy.
6. Maintain and update design files and assets, and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
7. Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are ready for print and meet quality standards.
8. Assist in creating digital mock-ups and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
9. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to further develop the brand's visual identity.
10. Utilize an eye for detail to review and proof designs for accuracy, consistency, and brand guidelines.
11. Keep up-to-date with design software and tools, and make recommendations for improving design processes.
12. Assist in creating and maintaining a style guide to ensure consistency and brand standards are met.
13. Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.
14. Remain adaptable and open to feedback and revisions to continuously improve designs and meet project goals.
