Human Resources Generalist

Manage the hourly Talent Acquisition process. Develop strategies to attract great talent, coordinate selection process, administer and continuously improve on-boarding activities for new hires including the pre-hire process, new hire orientation, assimilation, and follow-up. Support the short term or long term disability program by ensuring accurate communication and correct reporting. Provide support in the administration of HR policies, labor laws, and work rules to ensure fair and consistent application. Be the first point of contact in resolving HR related inquiries at the site. Create reports and analyze data for the purpose of evaluating manpower related cost saving opportunities and understanding the effectiveness of HR activities. Prepare and maintain HR records and reports to ensure compliance to federal, state and company’s requirements and regulations. Review and ensure the accuracy of all HR related transactions (EWS).
