SoFi is seeking a Senior Counsel to support SoFi’s Associate General Counsel and other departments on all contract matters including our new supplier management and procurement process. Draft and maintain template legal documents. Create and negotiate legal documents tailored to specific supplier engagements. Review and negotiate legal documents provided by suppliers. Support the Supplier Management Office and Procurement team on research requests and other critical tasks. Provide legal advice to the Supplier Management Office and Procurement team, as needed. Provide assistance to other members of the legal team as needed with respect to contracts and matters. Interface with and manage outside counsel, as needed.
