- Develop and implement strategic analytics initiatives to support company goals and objectives.
- Analyze data and present insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision making.
- Lead project management efforts for key company projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics, project management, and business strategy.
- Mentor and train junior team members on data analytics and project management techniques.
- Work closely with other departments and teams to align strategic goals and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support project needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Extensive Experience In Strategic Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Analytics, With A Proven Track Record Of Using Data To Drive Business Decisions And Improve Performance. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, And Data Visualization Techniques.
Strong Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, Strategic Analytics & Pmo, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects And Initiatives. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop Project Plans, Manage Timelines, And Ensure Successful Project Delivery Within Budget.
Excellent Leadership Abilities: This Role Involves Leading A Team Of Analysts And Project Managers. The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Goals And Deliver High-Quality Work. Therefore, They Should Have A Strong Business Acumen, With A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Goals, Industry Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
Advanced Analytical And Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Advanced Skills In Data Analysis And Technical Tools Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau. They Should Also Have Experience With Project Management Software And Be Comfortable Working With Large Datasets.
