  1. Oversee multiple dining operations within a designated district, ensuring they are running smoothly and meeting company standards.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.
  3. Monitor and improve the quality of service provided at each dining operation, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  5. Create and implement strategies to drive revenue and increase profitability within the district.
  6. Train, mentor, and manage a team of dining staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, addressing any areas for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the district.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement new ideas and innovations to enhance the dining experience for customers.
  10. Manage budgets and financials for the district, ensuring cost-effective operations and meeting financial targets.
  11. Handle any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, working to find satisfactory resolutions.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong company culture.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Food Service Management Or Related Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Operations And Budgets.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Diverse Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
