Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Patient Services Manager at Sodexo. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, have an eye for detail, and be able to multitask in a busy environment. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service for our patients, and will have the opportunity to help shape and grow our patient services program.The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing patient services in a healthcare setting. They must be knowledgeable in the areas of patient experience, patient care, and customer service, as well as have experience developing and implementing patient service policies and procedures.
