Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Patient Services Manager to join our team at Sodexo. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and organized leader, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and patient care. The Patient Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our patient services division, ensuring that our highest quality standards are met.Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience in patient services, preferably in a healthcare setting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field. The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team. Additionally, the Patient Services Manager must be knowledgeable of healthcare regulations and standards and have a strong passion for providing quality patient care.If you believe you have the relevant experience and qualifications to be an exemplary Patient Services Manager, and you’re committed to providing exceptional patient care, we’d love to hear from you!
