Job Description

At Sodexo, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Patient Services Manager to join our team. This individual should have a passion for providing superior customer service and delivering quality patient care. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a healthcare setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The Patient Services Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the patient care staff and ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with Sodexo standards. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare setting, a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field, and excellent communication and organizational skills. This individual should be an effective leader and possess the ability to motivate and mentor staff members. The Patient Services Manager should also be a self-starter with a positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to providing superior patient care.
