The Patient Services Manager is responsible for managing the patient service activities and ensuring timely, efficient, and quality service. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude and strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team. Our Patient Services Manager must have a minimum of three years experience in a healthcare setting, as well as excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
