Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer service-oriented individual to become a Patient Services Manager at Sodexo. The ideal candidate for this role is an effective communicator who can provide leadership and guidance to the patient services team and ensure high-quality meals and services for our patients.The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years’ experience in a patient services management role and a high school diploma or equivalent. They should also have a working knowledge of current health and safety regulations, as well as experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling. Additionally, the Patient Services Manager must possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a great customer service attitude.If you have the requisite qualifications and experience, and you’re excited at the prospect of joining a high-performing team, we want to hear from you!
