Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Services Manager at Sodexo who will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to patients and their families in a hospital setting. This role requires an individual with a passion for customer service and a strong attention to detail. The right candidate will possess the ability to think strategically, be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. As the Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the patient meal service and ensuring that patient satisfaction is the top priority.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a hospital setting. A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Finally, you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in everything you do.
