Job Description

Sodexo is looking for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead our operations. The ideal candidate will have the necessary qualifications and be passionate about helping us to excel in our operations.The Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations, which includes overseeing staff, monitoring performance and driving initiatives. To be successful, the Operations Manager must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field• At least 5 years of professional experience managing operations in a corporate setting• Strong knowledge of process improvement and cost savings strategies• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop team members• Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and performance improvement• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other business software systemsIf you have the qualifications and drive to help us reach our goals, we want to hear from you.
