Job Description

Sodexo is looking for a passionate and experienced Food Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of driving quality and efficiency in a fast-paced food production environment. With the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations and be a champion of our food service culture.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in food service management, hospitality, or related field• Proven experience in managing food service operations, preferably in a multi-unit environment• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, food safety protocols, and HACCP principles• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel if neededIf you have a passion for leading and developing teams, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and the drive to consistently exceed expectations, we’d love to hear from you.
