Job Description

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager to lead our food operations team and ensure our customers receive top-notch service. With a focus on quality, safety and efficiency, the Food Operations Manager will be a critical part of the Sodexo team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. They must have a thorough understanding of food operations with the ability to manage staff, develop processes and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. We are looking for an upbeat and organized individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of food operations experience, along with a degree in hospitality or a related field. Additionally, knowledge of food safety regulations, menu development and HACCP principles is required.
