Job Description

At Sodexo, we are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team and take our food to the next level. As the Executive Sous Chef, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, managing the kitchen staff, and creating and executing a variety of unique and delicious menu items. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for cooking and be knowledgeable about the latest trends in the culinary world. You should also have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as an eye for detail.The ideal candidate for this position will have a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts and a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen. You should also have experience managing and leading a kitchen team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for creating delicious meals and a track record of leading a successful kitchen staff, we would love to hear from you!
