Job Description

Sodexo is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and creative Executive Sous Chef to join our team. Our Executive Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in leading the culinary team in creating and executing high-quality, innovative, and flavorful dishes.This individual will lead the kitchen staff in producing and executing high-quality cuisine that meets the expectations of our guests and exceeds Sodexo's standards. The Executive Sous Chef should have excellent leadership, management, and problem-solving skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related culinary role, preferably in a high-volume setting• Culinary school certification or equivalent• Experience managing, training, and mentoring culinary staff• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to maintain a high level of quality and consistency• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsIf you are passionate about cooking and have the skills needed to lead our team, we would love to hear from you.
