Job Description

Sodexo is looking for a Director of Facilities Operations to join our team and lead our facility operations. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and highly organized professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically and creatively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, including knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety.The Director of Facilities Operations will have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including facility planning, budgeting, staffing, and maintenance. To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in facilities management and operations• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Proven leadership ability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
