The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing the HR function in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environment. The Human Resources Generalist must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and at least 5 years of Human Resources experience. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience with various Human Resources disciplines, such as recruiting and staffing, employee and labor relations, benefits, organizational development, and training and development. Expertise in areas such as compensation, payroll, and employment law is also desired. The Human Resources Generalist must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
