Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities: • Act as a primary point of contact for all HR related inquiries • Develop and manage recruitment and selection process to ensure a qualified and diverse workforce • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are held accountable • Oversee HR compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Develop and deliver training and development programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to succeed • Create and maintain employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment • Monitor employee engagement and morale and develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction • Facilitate employee dispute resolution and conflict management • Stay up-to-date on developments in HR and related fields and adjust strategies accordingly
