Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives tailored to the needs of SoCalGas
2. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create, implement, and manage programs and services that shape the employee experience
3. Advise managers and employees on HR-related policies and procedures
4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
5. Utilize HR systems to track employee data and manage benefits
6. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
7. Plan and coordinate employee training and development
8. Monitor employee performance and recommend appropriate corrective action
9. Develop job descriptions, job postings, and job evaluation processes
10. Address employee grievances and complaints
11. Manage employee relations and engagement activities
