As an Energy Auditor, you will be responsible for helping customers identify ways to reduce natural gas use and maximize energy efficiency.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience working in energy efficiency or energy auditing. Responsibilities:
- Perform energy audits on residential and commercial properties in accordance with SoCalGas standards and regulations.
- Identify energy efficiency opportunities and potential energy savings for customers.
- Develop and recommend energy efficiency solutions and strategies to customers.
- Track energy usage and analyze data to provide customers with detailed reports on energy consumption.
- Educate customers on energy efficiency measures and strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement energy efficiency programs.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
- Assist in other energy-related projects as needed.
